I’m Heather, a home baker located in Nottinghamshire in the UK. I began baking for my own honesty based cake cupboard at my home in 2025. After numerous requests, I set up this website and now sell my bakes online. The menu changes every week but usually includes brownies, blondies, cookies and cake.

The Bake Shed Gallery
The cake cupboard menu is shared on my social media channels on a Wednesday, and includes cookies, brownies, blondies, cake and other popular items (like Crevice Cake!). No two weeks are the same, although some things feature regularly because they’re so popular! The gallery below is a sample of what’s available.
My mail order bakes are uploaded to the website shop every Friday at 12pm. The menu is slightly different as not all of my bakes are suitable for posting unfortunately. Click here to see what’s on offer this week.
