FAQ
When can I order from you?
The menu is published every Wednesday. There is a limited number of items added so they are sold on a first come first served basis.
Is weekend collection available?
No, not usually but you can email and ask.
Can I organise delivery on a specific day?
No, not usually but you can email and ask.
I do all the baking, packaging and labelling myself as well as working a full time job so I like to keep weekends for family time.
Can you write a gift note?
Yes of course I can, but please be concise! I have cakes to make and brownies to slice!!
Can I pay with Apple Pay?
Yes you can. Please make sure that the delivery address in your Apple Pay matches the delivery address you want the goods to go to.
Are they suitable for everyone?
No, all allergens are present in my home kitchen where everything is baked. Please see the ingredients list for more information
Are they vegetarian?
Most of them are yes, but please check the ingredients list on the allergens page, and also the information on the product page. Most things with marshmallow in are not vegetarian i.e. Rocky Road & anything with Caramello Cornflakes in (such as crevice cake).
What is the shelf life?
The blondies and brownies will last at room temperature for up to a week (unless the weather is hot or you leave them in direct sunlight). For best results, keep them in the fridge where they will last for up to 10 days or freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
How big are your bakes?
This depends but most of the tray bakes are 6cm x 10cm. Cookies are 120g+ each before baking so it depends on baking time and humidity.
Do they contain any allergens?
Yes. Please see the allergens page for more information along with the product page.
Are your bakes nut free?
No, some of the bakes contain peanuts or hazelnuts etc. Even though a lot of the bakes don’t contain nuts, they are made in a small kitchen so there’s always the possibility of an item containing nut traces.
Do your bakes contain alcohol?
No. There may be a time when an odd splash of alcohol will grace a sherry trifle, but I’d never put alcohol in anything without you knowing.
I’ve changed my mind on my order, can I have a refund?
In a nutshell, no. Perishable items aren’t covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, so after the items have been made you cannot change your mind.
